[/style][classy=lyric]what’s left of me,[/classy][STYLE=background-color: e1e1e1; width: 390px; padding: 8px; font-family: tahoma; font-size: 10px; text-align: justify; color: 292929;][classy=box2]♠ PERSONALITY[/classy][STYLE=font-family: tahoma; font-size: 10px; color: 292929;]Mari is, for the most part, nearly emotionless, as far as most people would be concerned. She doesn’t talk much, and can be rather rude toward most anyone. She never gets upset though, and doesn’t shout. She just seems to never feel anything. And honestly, she hardly ever does. Everything Mari thinks is all calculations and hypotheses. She’s neutral toward almost everything and everyone. The only thing she isn’t completely neutral toward is anyone she falls in love with, and her pokemon, specifically Alakazam.
Mari isn’t afraid. She isn’t afraid of pokemon, and she isn’t afraid of telling the truth, regardless of broken hearts or hurt feelings. She doesn’t care too much about other people, unless they are her family, very close friends, or other Plasma members. One thing that she is indeed passionate about is Team Plasma’s goals, even though she may not seem like it on the outside. She isn’t exactly one of those people that gets worked up about much.[/style]

[classy=box2]♠ HISTORY[/classy][STYLE=font-family: tahoma; font-size: 10px; color: 292929;]Mari’s family was that of higher standards, and from an early age she learned to keep her mouth shut and care little about much. Her father was a political man, trying to raise himself higher and higher up in the world. Little did many know that the family also secretly supported Team Plasma. They regularly made hefty donations to them in their first siege. Although they failed, the Todd family remained loyal to the Team. That was when Mari was younger of course. She was always quiet, and hated it when her mother dressed her up in pretty dresses and had her hair done. It was uncomfortable. That’s when Mari began hating pretty things. She would never play with her toys, and would instead find puzzles around her home that belonged to her father. Mari was very intelligent from a young age, and the puzzles only made things better.
Getting along with people was not one of Mari’s strong points. Her parents would take her to parties and such that, really, her father had to attend, and she would act polite, but wouldn’t really care about anything or anyone else. The only thing she ever cared about was her Abra. Her father bought her an Abra from someone from the Kanto region when she was 11. He wanted his daughter to have only the best pokemon, and since she was smart he figured he’d get her the most intelligent pokemon there was as well. She took care of the pokemon, and, though still withdrawn had some ties to it. After a few months she started battling with the pokemon, herself and it becoming more powerful and intelligent as they did. Once the little pokemon had evolved into Kadabra, and Mari was 12, she joined Team Plasma. Her two older brothers, on the other hand, did other things. They became traitors to the family, one joining the police force and the other became a trainer – both, however, set out with the goal to help stop Team Plasma. Mari, however, helped them.
She wasn’t the greatest help at first of course, being only 12 and having one pokemon. When she did learn how to really battle, she was brilliant. During that time, she acquired the rest of her pokemon team, no less or more. She picked her team carefully for type advantages to be sure she could cover as many as possible.
Now Team Plasma is officially back, and the Todd family openly supported them. Although they constantly said that they were supporting Team Plasma, there was nothing law enforcement could do since they themselves weren’t stealing pokemon or anything. Mari worked with the team while they were working underground during the time they were supposedly disbanded. As such, she has gained a high position in Team Plasma, and is more than just the regular grunt.[/style]
[classy=box2]♠ RP SAMPLE[/classy][STYLE=font-family: tahoma; font-size: 10px; color: 292929;] 'The biggest thing we can find??' Miyako was still wondering how the three of them would even bring back something if it were too big. Then again, maybe that was part of the competition? It didn't matter too much though, she supposed. She was glad she would be going with Aron and Gerard; she felt the most comfortable around them. Loec's constant laughing kind of creeped her out - he reminded her of a madman that laughed all the time in her hometown. He was harmless though; the laughing just made him seem mad, so everyone just called him that. Eva was kind of awkward, but she didn't have any problem with Sarah. Even so, she'd never tell anyone what she thought.
The girl shook her head. She didn't know what to pack. Survival wasn't her thing; she grew up rich, getting everything she needed when she needed it. She didn't ever have to go get it herself. Miyako didn't know how to survive by herself. Water. That was one of the things she knew of course. Everyone needed water, so she packed a bottle of water into her pack, which was more of a messenger bag. That wouldn't supply her for long, so she packed a very small cooking pot to boil any water they could find, just in case. And being able to cook up some food didn't hurt either. She carefully packaged some flint and steel to start fires with in separate pockets. Having them rub together and set her bag on fire wouldn't help. What else? That was pretty much all she had, other than her father's guitar, and she was going to leave it there - she didn't want to damage it, which was why it had been there most of the time she was on the ship anyway.
Miyako sat and thought for a moment. There was no food to take with them, and if any one of them got injured she was sure Gerard could come up with something. Besides, cooking was more her thing, and not really anything else. Other than that, she didn't even knew what to bring with her. She didn't have any weapons. Or pets. Or anything. And she didn't want to weigh down her pack too much.
Miyako stepped out of her room and closed the door. It was a nice day at least, and hopefully the weather would stay the same until everyone was back. Hopefully everyone came back safe and sound in the first place. After all, there were no guarantees. She sighed and joined Aron and Gerard. [/style]
